Meet the Full TeamA School Born from Two Decades in Christ
Kisha L Cephus’s journey in Jesus Christ spans more than twenty years. That walk created a burden: the Body of Christ must bring the school of ministry back to the forefront of the Church. We live in a time when many have a platform but few have preparation, yet God has already told us what to do with the gifts He has given. Since 2013, she has trained men and women in teaching, discipleship, mentorship, and prayer, teaching people how to pray globally, training entire churches in corporate prayer, and equipping leaders who still use her methods today.
This school is not designed to place people into the five-fold offices. It exists to equip every gift in the Body of Christ, because every believer is a well-able minister and a flame of fire in the hands of God. God’s children must also know Him as individuals, not only the vision of their pastor or leader. Both can work together in the same house, but the days of sitting in the unknown, unsure of your own calling and gifts, are over.

Purpose & Benefits
The Virtual School of Ministry™ is a six-month, certification-bearing apprenticeship in the life and function of the Body of Christ. Twice weekly, in live 90-minute sessions, students move from the secret place of prayer to the marketplace, from pastoral care to prophetic demonstration, culminating in prepared ministry service and a Certificate of Completion.

The Certification
Graduates are conferred a certificate of completion, affirming six months of study, mentorship, and ministry preparation across the Body of Christ.
Two Celebrations · Every Graduate Honored
Virtual Graduation and Honors: Saturday, June 19, 2027 at 7:00 PM CST (Psalm 126:3). In-Person Cap and Gown Commencement: Friday, July 30 and Saturday, July 31, 2027 in the Dallas, Texas area. Venue announced 30 to 45 days prior.

Certification · Earned
Everyone who completes the six months, passes the quizzes, both midterms and the final examination, and settles tuition in full receives the Certificate of Completion. The standard is clear and the same for all. This is an online course delivered through live video sessions, digital materials, and an interactive community platform.
Ordination · Spirit-Led
Ordination is a spiritual recognition conferred by the church, outside this program. It is not a grade, is not sold, and is not included in tuition. It is discerned by leadership through a separate Leadership Readiness Assessment weighing character, calling, submission to authority and fruit in ministry. Not every graduate will be ordained, and certification alone does not confer it.

Begin Your JourneyWe Do Not Just Study, We Seek Him
Information alone has never formed a minister. Enrolled students keep a weekly rhythm of prayer and fasting alongside every teaching, Tuesday through Thursday, for all six months. Tuesday's suggested rhythm is a dry fast, while Wednesday and Thursday change week to week. Students whose health, pregnancy, nursing needs or medication make a dry fast unsafe may choose a water-only, partial or media fast without failing the program or showing less commitment.
One Focus a Week
Each week carries a single prayer target tied to that week's teaching, not a scattered list. Depth comes from staying, not from covering more ground.
Led, Not Driven
The directive is a trellis, not a cage. Students are taught to follow the Holy Spirit's leading and to know the difference between conviction and shame.
Honest Every Week
A weekly self-check keeps students truthful about the Word, the fast and the state of their heart, and lets our team pray for them by name.
The full prayer directive, the six-month fasting calendar and the Prayer & Fasting Guide live inside the student portal and are for enrolled students. Fasting is a personal discipline, anyone on prescribed medication is asked to speak with their health care team first, and every student adjusts the schedule to their own health.

The Midweek Mentor Table
Enrollment is now open. Every Wednesday night at 7:00 PM Central, for all 26 weeks, Ministry Advisors and Academic Coaches teach the hardest part of the week again, take questions from the whole group, prepare students for the 85% standard, and give peers a table to encourage one another (Proverbs 15:22). $249 once for all 26 sessions. Pioneer Students already enrolled can add it today, and new students can add it right after registering. It is completely optional and is not required to complete the program.
