These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between you and KLCM EQUIPPING CENTER. By accessing or using the Virtual School of Ministry website, application, classes, community platform, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The Virtual School of Ministry™ is a six-month online ministry training program offered by KLCM Equipping Center™. The program is a fully digital educational service: live video instruction, digital course materials, online assessments, a community platform, and, upon successful completion, a downloadable digital Certificate of Completion. As a courtesy, graduates are also mailed a physical copy of the certificate bearing the KLCM Equipping Center™ Seal. No physical goods are sold.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age or have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
All content, curriculum, teaching outlines, slide decks, syllabi, study guides, journals, e-books, devotionals, audio recordings, video lessons, branding, trademarks, logos, and digital downloads provided through KLCM Equipping Center™, the Virtual School of Ministry™, The Midweek Mentor Table™, the Ignition Rally™, The Crushing Mentorship Program™, and Kisha L Cephus Ministries (together, the "Proprietary Works") are the exclusive intellectual property of Kisha L Cephus and KLCM Equipping Center™, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Upon enrollment, registration, or purchase, you receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Proprietary Works solely for your own individual educational and spiritual study. Enrollment or purchase does not transfer any copyright or ownership. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
Syllabi, slide decks, e-books, devotionals, fasting guides, PDF resources, and replay passes are delivered for single-user personal study only. You may not upload these files to public or private cloud drives, file-sharing platforms, social media groups, or message boards, and you may not print copies for distribution, small groups, or congregations without a written group license from KLCM Equipping Center™.
You acknowledge that unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or adaptation of the Proprietary Works causes immediate and irreparable harm to KLCM Equipping Center™ and Kisha L Cephus for which money damages alone would be inadequate. In the event of an actual or threatened violation, KLCM Equipping Center™ may immediately revoke your access without refund and may seek injunctive relief and any damages available under law, including statutory copyright damages, in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If KLCM Equipping Center™ or Kisha L Cephus prevails in any action to enforce its intellectual property rights, you agree to reimburse its reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and related expenses, to the extent permitted by law.
By posting comments, prayer requests, encouragement, or other content on the community platform, you grant KLCM Equipping Center a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide and improve the service. You retain ownership of your original content.
Tuition is available as a one-time payment (including a limited-time early bird rate, whose exact dates are shown on our Pricing page) or as a 3-payment monthly plan. An installment plan ends automatically once its final scheduled payment is collected. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. KLCM Equipping Center is the seller of record for every enrollment, add-on, and seed sown, and refund terms are set out on our Refund Policy page. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on this site.
Depending on your location, applicable sales tax may be calculated, collected, and remitted at checkout. Receipts are emailed to the address used at checkout.
We strive to provide reliable, high-quality instruction, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Live sessions, platform features, and schedules may change due to technical, operational, or other circumstances.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and certain provisions of these terms will survive.
The program is provided for educational and ministry training purposes. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLCM Equipping Center™, its leaders, facilitators, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to KLCM Equipping Center's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
