Founder, Certified Coach, Servant Leader and Facilitator

Kisha L Cephus

Kisha L Cephus has walked faithfully with Jesus Christ for more than two decades. As Founder of KLCM Equipping Center™, the Virtual School of Ministry™, and leader of The Kisha L Cephus Ministries, she carries a mandate rooted in Ephesians 4:11-16 to equip, mature, and align believers across every gift and calling. An ordained teacher, mentor, and CCI Certified Christian Life Coach, she has given her life to raising believers who serve the Body of Christ with integrity, spiritual depth, and faith.

Since 2013, she has trained men and women across the Body of Christ in discipleship, mentorship, and prayer. The Lord has used her to cultivate a healthy appetite for prayer throughout His Church, teaching entire congregations to pray in a corporate prayer environment. Leaders still use her methods today in weekly corporate meetings, prayer directives, corporate fasts, team building, and prayer activations, and people have traveled from around the world to gather for one hour of prayer with her and her prayer team.

At KLCM Equipping Center™, she brings that same burden to every student. Her heart is not simply to see students attend class, but to see them grow whole, consecrated, and equipped for their God-given assignments. From the Ignition Rally™ to graduation day, she walks alongside every Pioneer Student as a servant leader, mentor, and coach, believing that when preparation meets the call of God, lives and generations are changed.

Program Leadership

Dean of Student Success, Ministry Operations and Facilitator

Sharmaine Bowler

As Dean of Student Success & Ministry Operations at KLCM Equipping Center™, Sharmaine Bowler serves as one of Founder Kisha L Cephus's trusted protégés, walking in close alignment with the vision, integrity, and spiritual depth of the house. Over a distinguished 25-year career, she has built advanced acumen in enterprise solution technology, devoting the last five years to cybersecurity, where the assignment is to stay alert, discern threats before they arrive, and sound the alarm in time. That assignment mirrors a lifelong burden she carries for God's people: to keep watch, to read the times, and to speak what she sees so others can move forward prepared.

Her education in Biblical Studies and Industrial-Organizational Psychology shapes how she serves. Scripture anchors her convictions, and her understanding of how people and organizations function helps her turn those convictions into wise, practical decisions. She brings both to every conversation, believing biblical principles and sound business practice are meant to work together to advance God's kingdom in the earth.

Justice and the advancement of God's people drive everything she does. She helps students clarify their direction, plan with intention, and pursue their studies with the excellence and integrity they hope to carry into their calling. Her virtual door is open, and she looks forward to walking alongside each student from the first class to graduation day.

Head of the Midweek Mentor Table & Academic Advisor

Symphony Turner

Serving as Head of the Midweek Mentor Table and Academic Advisor at KLCM Equipping Center™, Symphony Turner is one of Founder Kisha L Cephus's mentees stepping boldly into a leading position for this season. Recognized since childhood as being "wise beyond her years," Symphony attributes every measure of her wisdom, strategic foresight, and capacity to God and the Holy Spirit. Her heart carries a clear kingdom mandate: to call believers out of hiddenness and equip them to fully walk out their God-given identity.

A full-time entrepreneur who began working in the beauty industry at 15, earned her cosmetology license at 17, and launched her business journey at 19, Symphony has founded, operated, and built teams for three brands of her own. She now serves as a marketing strategist and business coach for brands, businesses, and privately owned companies, helping entrepreneurs build, launch, and sustain reputable brands. Her service as a Life Skills Coach and Mentor for adolescents, teaching life skills, financial stewardship, and entrepreneurship, deepens her gift for practical, faith-filled guidance.

At The Midweek Mentor Table, Symphony brings marketplace wisdom and spiritual clarity directly to our Pioneer Students. She creates an atmosphere where questions are welcomed, study habits are sharpened, and the Word of God takes practical root, so every student at the Table receives the guidance, accountability, and encouragement needed to finish with excellence.
