Program Syllabus

Six months. Twenty-six modules. One Body, trained for the watch.

A Word of Welcome

From the Desk of the Prophetess

Beloved Student,

Welcome to the Virtual School of Ministry™. You have not stumbled into this place, you were called here. Every seat in this school is filled by intention, and yours was prepared before you ever clicked enroll. On behalf of our entire staff and facilitators, we receive you with joy, with expectation, and with the full weight of the responsibility we carry to train you well.

For six months you will be immersed in the Body of Christ, from the foundation of the Church to the company of prophets, from the secret place of prayer to the demonstration of signs and wonders. This is not a course to be completed; it is an altar to be built. Come hungry. Come consistent. Come ready to be stretched beyond what is comfortable, because the watch you are being trained for demands more than knowledge, it demands formation.

There will be weeks when the schedule presses against your life. Mondays will come with their fatigue and Saturdays with their early hours. Remember in those moments that every great move of God was preceded by men and women who simply refused to stop showing up. Faithfulness is the first miracle. Attendance is a prophetic act, each session you enter, you declare that your calling is worth the cost.

Know this also: the certificate you earn here is a testimony of your diligence, but the greater work is what the Holy Spirit does in you while no one is watching. We are not merely grading papers, we are watching for character, for hunger, for the fruit that remains. Some of you will be ordained at the end of this journey, discerned by the Spirit through a separate leadership readiness assessment. All of you who finish will be certified. Every one of you will be changed.

Our staff and facilitators are praying for you by name. We are honored to labor alongside you, and we cannot wait to see what God builds through your yes.

“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry.”, Ephesians 4:11-12

With expectation and love,

Prophetess Kisha L Cephus

Founder, Leader & Facilitator, with the Staff and Facilitators of the Virtual School of Ministry™

Program Overview

The Journey

The Virtual School of Ministry™ is a six-month, twice-weekly virtual ministry school presented by KLCM Equipping Center™. Across twenty-six modules, students are immersed in the Body of Christ, from prayer to ordination, from faith to discipleship, and graduates who complete the program, pass every assessment, and settle tuition in full receive the Certificate of Completion.

What You Will Walk Through

Twenty-Six Weeks

The journey begins at the foundation: who the Body of Christ is, how the early Church was built, and why prayer is the starting place of every assignment. From there, students are drawn deeper into the secret place, learning to hear, discern, and stand watch with maturity and humility.

The middle of the program turns toward gifts, character, and the fivefold offices, how God equips leaders and how leaders serve people. Students wrestle honestly with integrity, order, and the weight of spiritual authority, and learn to carry it with love.

The final weeks prepare students to be sent: discipleship, building others up, and stepping into a new season of ministry with clarity and confidence. Each module meets twice, Monday at 6:00 PM CST and the following Saturday at 7:00 AM CST.

The full module-by-module outline, readings, and downloadable syllabus open inside the student portal once you enroll.

Assessment & Grading

The Standard

Module Quizzes

Every module closes with a five-question quiz, auto-graded the moment you submit. You have up to 3 attempts per quiz, and 85% is the passing mark. A quiz unlocks when its module begins.

Midterm Examinations

Midterm I opens after module 8 and covers modules 1-8; Midterm II opens after module 17 and covers modules 9-17. Each midterm pairs twenty multiple-choice questions with written responses scored 0-10 by the administrator.

The Final Examination

The final opens after the last session and spans all twenty-six modules: thirty multiple-choice questions plus four written responses, each scored 0-10. A score of 85% or better is required to pass.

Requirements to Graduate

Complete all twenty-six modules, pass the quizzes, both midterms, and the final examination at 85% or above, sit for the Sending Interview, and settle tuition in full. The standard is clear, and it is the same for every student.

The Dean's List

Our highest academic honor. A graduate is named to the Dean's List by finishing the six months with a cumulative course average of 95% or higher, passing every required assessment on the first attempt, remaining in good attendance standing across all twenty-six modules, and settling tuition in full. Dean's List graduates are announced by name at Virtual Graduation and the honor is noted with their certificate.

Certification & Ordination

Earned & Discerned

The Sending Interview · Before You Go

Before Virtual Graduation, every qualifying student sits for the Sending Interview, a one-on-one conversation with school leadership. "The Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face" (Luke 10:1), and "being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they departed" (Acts 13:4). Scripture never releases a worker into the field without first calling, preparing and sending them.

The interview is offered only to students who complete the full six-month program and pass every required assessment at 85% or higher. It is not another examination, it is a prayerful conversation to confirm your calling, review your journey, and prepare you to be sent. Completing the Sending Interview does not mean you will be ordained; ordination remains a separate, Spirit-led recognition, and not every graduate will be ordained.

Two Celebrations · Every Graduate Honored

Virtual Graduation and Honors: Saturday, June 19, 2027 at 7:00 PM CST (Psalm 126:3). In-Person Cap and Gown Commencement: Friday, July 30 and Saturday, July 31, 2027 in the Dallas, Texas area, with the venue announced 30 to 45 days prior.

"Every one of you is close to my heart. This walk honors those who never had the chance to wear a cap and gown, and it celebrates every student who finished strong, completed the work, and is prepared for a new season of ministry (2 Timothy 4:7)." Kisha L Cephus

Certification · Earned

Everyone who completes the six months, passes the quizzes, both midterms and the final examination at 85% or higher, sits for the Sending Interview, and settles tuition in full receives the Certificate of Completion. The standard is clear and the same for all. This is an online course delivered through live video sessions, digital materials, and an interactive community platform.

Ordination · Spirit-Led

Ordination is a spiritual recognition conferred by the church, outside this program. It is not a grade, is not sold, and is not included in tuition. It is discerned by leadership through a separate Leadership Readiness Assessment weighing character, calling, submission to authority and fruit in ministry. Not every graduate will be ordained, and certification alone does not confer it.

THIS PROGRAM IS NOT YET ACCREDITED.
