Prophetess Kisha L. Cephus

Equipping believers to embrace prayer, mature in faith, and serve the Body of Christ with integrity, wisdom, and power.

Founder of KLCM Equipping Center™ and leader of The Kisha L Cephus Ministries.

The Birth of the School

A Mandate to Equip

And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ. (Ephesians 4:11-16)

Prophetess Kisha L. Cephus’s journey in Jesus Christ spans more than two decades. Over those years, the Lord planted a deep burden in her spirit: the school of ministry must return to the forefront of the Church. She watched platforms multiply while preparation dwindled, and she heard the Spirit repeat the ancient instruction, train God’s people according to Ephesians 4:11-16.

Since 2013, she has trained men and women across the Body of Christ in teaching, discipleship, mentorship, and prayer. She has taught men and women how to pray globally, training entire churches how to pray in a corporate prayer environment. Leaders are still using her methods today in their churches, weekly corporate meetings, prayer directives, corporate fasts, team building, and prayer activations. God used her to create a healthy appetite for prayer throughout His Church, and people traveled from around the world to gather for one hour of prayer with her and her prayer team. God used her as a model, a template for tens of thousands of people, and fruit remains in the earth today.

This school is not designed to place individuals into the five-fold offices. It exists to equip every gift in the Body of Christ. Every believer is a well-able minister. Every believer can be a flame of fire in the hands of God. The five-fold are given to equip the saints; the saints are the ones who do the work of ministry.

She knows the pain of the untapped. There are men and women sitting in churches without a clue as to what their gifts and callings are. Some cannot identify their prophetic profile; others do not understand the seasons God has set before them. Then there are those who know exactly who they are and what they carry, yet they sit unaffirmed, waiting for someone to recognize the fire God has placed inside them.

God is also calling His children out of spiritual passivity. A believer can honor the vision of a pastor while still owning the individual assignment God has given them. Both can operate in the same house. But the days of sitting in the pew, stuck in the unknown about who you are and why you are here, are over. The Lord wants every son and daughter to know their gifts, recognize their prophetic profile, and walk confidently in the timeline He has set before them.

KLCM Equipping Center™ was born from this burden. It exists to train God’s children according to His Word, not man’s agenda, to equip, raise up, and deploy a company of believers who will serve the Body of Christ with excellence, integrity, and faith. Prophetess Kisha prays that credible schools of ministry will be birthed all over the world, led by men and women who will teach God’s children His ways and prepare them for the work He has entrusted to them.

Scriptures That Support This Mandate

“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.”

1 Peter 2:9

“Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; or ministry, let us wait on our ministering...”

Romans 12:6-8

“Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.”

1 Corinthians 12:4-7

“And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.”

Hebrews 1:7

“And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.”

Acts 2:17
Prophetic Calling

A Watchman, A Voice, A Steward of His Mysteries

“Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.”
Amos 3:7

Watchman on the Wall

Like Ezekiel standing as a watchman over the house of Israel, this calling is first a posture of intercession, alertness, and obedience. To see what heaven is doing before the earth recognizes it, to warn when warning is needed, to correct when correction restores, and to stand in the gap until mercy and truth meet. The watchman does not sleep while the city sleeps; she prays, she discerns, and she speaks what is shown, never to control, but to cover God's people in prayer and truth.

“Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.”

Ezekiel 3:17

“So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.”

Ezekiel 33:7

A Prophet of Demonstration

This is a prophetic life lived more in conversation with God than in performance before people. Through symbolic dreams, night visions, and sustained intercession, the Lord speaks, and what is received in the secret place is demonstrated in the open. Prophetic counsel here is not merely information; it is ministry to the soul, an invitation for men and women to come into alignment with who God says they are. The private devotion became the public display, because an entire being surrendered to God becomes a living sign.

“Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy.”

1 Corinthians 14:1

A Steward of God's Secrets

Prophecy is coveted, as Scripture commands, but it is never treated as a platform. The mysteries of God are held with reverence, not released for spectacle. There is no chasing of trends, no theatrical display of office, no shaping of a word to earn the applause of men. The only reward sought is the approval of the One who speaks. What is declared in the Spirit is declared for Him, even when it is inconvenient, even when it costs.

“The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully.”

Jeremiah 23:28

Accuracy Anchored in Love

Accuracy is not measured by volume or drama, but by faithfulness to the heart of God. Every word is weighed, every impression is tested, and the spirit of the prophet is submitted to the Prophet. Because the heart of God for His people is tender, this mantle is carried carefully: to build, to edify, to comfort, and to confront only when love demands it. The goal is not to be seen as a prophet, but to see clearly and to cause the earth to shake with a voice that has first been heard in heaven.

“As the LORD liveth, what the LORD saith unto me, that will I speak.”

1 Kings 22:14

Vision, Calling, Commission & Training

“Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”

Proverbs 29:18

“And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”

Ephesians 4:11-12

“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

2 Timothy 2:15

“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.”

Isaiah 6:8

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.”

Matthew 28:19-20

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

Romans 8:28
