KLCM EQUIPPING CENTER offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for Virtual School of Ministry™ tuition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
This guarantee applies to the initial tuition payment, whether paid in full or as the first installment of the payment plan.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through our secure payment processor. To request a refund, contact our support team at info@klcmequippingcenter.com with the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, your receipt number.
Students on either installment plan, the 3-payment plan or the 6-month plan, may request a refund of the most recent installment within 14 days of that installment's billing date. Future installments will be canceled upon request. Refunds of earlier installments are not available after the 14-day window has passed for each respective payment.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
